Four Steps to Schedule a Recovery Ride

1) Check the Recovery Rides calendar below to see dates where a Full RR Team is available
(indicated by two “bars” on that date).

2) Contact RR Team Leader, Monique Everett, @ 360 375 3498, to schedule mainland
transportation.

3) Once mainland transportation is confirmed, click on each bar on your date to get names of
Rider and Driver. All their phone numbers are listed on this page below the calendar.

4) Call and text Rider and Driver with relevant information described on this page.

INFO NEEDED BY RR DRIVER 

• Name of Client 
• If Client going TO treatment, pickup address on island  
• If Client returning home, ferry arrival info and
destination address on island 
• Name and contact information for Rider 
• Departure or arrival time of target ferry 

INFO NEEDED BY RR RIDER  

• Name and phone number of Client 
• If Client going TO treatment, pickup address on island  
• If Client returning home, mainland facility address  
• Names and contacts for RR Driver, mainland transport,
& contacts at facility
• Scheduled time of departure or arrival of target ferry 
• Request to remind client to bring needed medication (if
applicable) 

4) Communicate to the client

a. relevant information about the Recovery Rides pick-ups and drop-offs
b. clear expectations about client’s and RR personnel’s
responsibilities
